From the 1st of January 2024
Studio Balance will become Bluebirds Zuid!

Many of you have heard the news already either in the studio or online: After 2.5 years at Studio Balance, Chrissie is putting the studio's care into the hands of Bluebirds. In order to make this transition smooth and balanced for our community, we addressed your inquiries regarding memberships, stripcards, class names, schedule and booking system at the Frequently Asked Questions page.

  • access to classes on Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. (the last class you can book within this subscription ends at 5 p.m.)

  • no access to classes on Saturdays and Sundays

YOGA

Yoga is both a mind and body practice combining physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. We offer several yoga classes including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Strong Flow, Beginners and more. Check out our classes for more information.

BARRE

Barre is a mixture of ballet-inspired exercises, yoga,  pilates and strength training. ​Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements so get ready for that burning sensation! We offer several different kinds of Barre classes:
 

ESSENTRICS

Essentrics draws from ballet, Tai Chi, and physiotherapy. It is a full body workout that combines stretching, strengthening and engaging all of your muscles. This class will increase one's flexibility and mobility and is therefore amazing for pain relief and much more. Essentrics is accessible for all ages and levels.

PILATES

Pilates is a low impact workout that includes stretching, strength exercises and conscious breathing. The focus in pilates is on the core – the back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles. This class will increase flexibility, balance, and good posture.
